Appointments & Cancellation
- If you are unable to attend your appointment, please contact us immediately on 02476 555 880. Spa Beauty require 48 hours notice for cancellation or to rearrange an appointment without a charge.
- Cancellations or appointments changed with less than 48 hours notice will be charged 50% of treatment cost. Any appointments cancelled or rearranged with 24 hours or less notice will be charged with the full treatment cost.
- Cancellation fee will be deducted from any prepayments/deposits that have been made.
- Please arrive for your appointment at least 15 minutes in advance so that the necessary paperwork can be completed. Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time or loss of appointment. Spa Beauty aim to provide all services on time, however, should we need to cancel or postpone your appointment at short notice, we will make every effort to contact you in advance. No children under the age of 16 years must be left unattended within the clinic at any time.
- Small children must be accompanied by an adult and Spa Beauty ask that clients respect other clients' treatment and that noise is kept to a minimum at all times.
Credit card details, deposits and payments
- A deposit is required for all Day Spa treatments, Luxury spa treatments to secure an appointment with Spa Beauty.
- Spa Beauty can request a prepayment for any booking should they need to. Deposits can be used towards payment for treatment or left on your account for future treatments. Should deposits remain unclaimed by the client following twelve months of inactivity, Spa Beauty reserves the right to withhold the deposit.
- We will always assess whether treatment is suitable for you, or likely to be successful, prior to any treatment being carried out. If not, we will
inform you as to the reasons why. You will only be liable for the cost of the initial consultation, where applicable.
- You can return any unused products free of charge within 28 days for a refund or replacement on presentation of your receipt. Unfortunately we are not able to exchange products.
- Items must be in original condition, including both inner and outer packaging where applicable.
- We regret that we cannot refund or replace any used items unless they are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
- Refunds do not include the cost of returning the goods.
